It’s reversible, and you can adjust the closing and latching speeds. The Certifire-rated closer is tested to meet BS EN 1154:1996 and BS EN 1634-1 regulations for fire safety, and has been fire tested for two hours on timber doors. The arm bracket is included, and it comes with a cover.
