Designed to open initially to egress in one operation, Easy-clean is achieved by fully opening the window, pushing the button and simply pulling the sash. Closing the window simply resets the hinge. The high quality Stainless steel hinge has been designed for long life performance and with adjustable friction to suit the individual weight of the window. The pointed arm and nylon end cap provide gasket compression and smooth engagement. Complete with a 10 year manufacturer’s mechanical guarantee.The hinge is capable of meeting the requirements of BS 6375 as part of a compliant window system, meets the requirements of BS EN 13126-6:2008 and has been designed to meet the requirements of Building Regulations Approved Documents B Fire Safety 2006 edition in a window of appropriate dimensions.
